Breast Lift Cost in Turkey: What Shapes the Price
Written by Arina Yunusova

Table of Content
Searching for the breast lift cost in Turkey usually turns up a wall of different numbers that are hard to compare. The reason is simple: a breast lift is not one fixed product. The price depends on the operation you need, what is bundled around it and how clearly a provider writes it all down. This guide explains how a quote is built, so you can read any breast lift price, from any clinic, with the right questions in hand.
We do not publish figures here, because a number without your photos, your measurements and your medical history would only mislead you. What we can do is show you what sits behind the number. Plastic Surgery Turkey Group (PSTG) coordinates treatment at contracted healthcare institutions in Istanbul and Antalya, and a written treatment plan and quote follow only after the treating surgeon has reviewed your case.
The short answer: what decides the price of a breast lift#
Three things shape most of a breast lift quote. First, the operation itself: how far the breasts have dropped, which lift technique that calls for, and whether an implant or a reduction is added. Second, the hospital side: operating time, the anaesthetist, and the number of nights you stay. Third, the package around the surgery: your hotel stay, transfers, interpreter or assistant, medication and follow-up.
Everything else is detail on one of those three. If two quotes look very different, the gap almost always sits in one of them, which is why a line-by-line comparison matters more than the headline figure.
The building blocks of a breast lift quote#
The table sets out what a typical quote contains and what to ask about each part.
| Part of the quote | What it covers | What to ask |
|---|---|---|
| Surgery | The surgeon's work and the lift technique | Which technique is planned, and why it suits your anatomy |
| Hospital | Theatre, nursing, the overnight stay and the anaesthetist | How many nights are included, and whether the anaesthetist is in the price |
| Implant, if used | The device itself | Manufacturer and model by name, and whether you will receive an implant card |
| Medication and garments | Pain relief, antibiotics if prescribed, surgical bra, dressings | What is supplied in Turkey and what you need to bring |
| Hotel and transfers | Nights in a 4-5-star hotel, airport and clinic transfers | How many nights are included and what happens if you need extra ones |
| Support | Interpreter or assistant, 24/7 contact, nursing and wound care | Who you contact in Turkey and after you fly home |
| Follow-up | In-person checks in Turkey and virtual follow-up afterwards | How many checks, and for how long after you are home |
A good quote lets you tick every row. If a row is missing, ask whether it is included, excluded or simply not mentioned.
Why a breast lift and a lift with implants are priced differently#
A breast lift reshapes the tissue you already have. A breast lift with implants combines the lift with an implant, which means a longer operation, an implant to choose and document, and sometimes a staged plan. That is why the two are quoted as different operations, not as one with an optional extra.
For the same reason, a surgeon may recommend a different operation from the one you first enquired about. If your breasts have dropped and lost volume, a lift alone may leave them looking empty, and the quote will change to reflect the operation that fits. If your breasts sit at a good height and you simply want volume, breast augmentation may be enough, with less scarring. Neither change is an upsell. It is the surgeon matching the operation to your body.
Staging is another factor. In some cases the surgeon suggests doing the lift and the implant in two operations several months apart. Ask whether a quote covers one stage or both, and whether a second trip to Turkey would be needed.
What a package usually coordinates#
Many patients compare a surgery-only price at home with a package price abroad. That comparison only works if you list what the package includes. PSTG typically coordinates:
- airport, hotel and clinic transfers;
- a 4-5-star hotel stay;
- a personal interpreter or assistant during appointments;
- pre- and post-operative consultations and follow-up appointments;
- post-operative medication, nursing and wound care;
- 24/7 support during your stay, and virtual follow-up once you are home.
Your written plan confirms which of these apply to your case. Our full coverage page lists what a package can include.
Technique, stay and aftercare: where the real differences come from#
The lift technique is a clinical decision, not a pricing tier. A limited periareolar lift, a vertical lift and an anchor lift differ in operating time and in scar length, and the surgeon chooses between them by how far the breast has dropped and how much skin there is. Our breast lift page compares the techniques and their scars. A longer operation usually means more theatre time and more monitoring, and that is reflected in the quote.
The length of your stay matters too. Many patients plan around a week in Turkey so that the surgeon can check the wounds before they fly, but the surgeon sets the minimum, not the package. If a quote assumes fewer nights than the surgeon later asks for, the extra nights become a separate cost. Ask what the quote assumes, and what happens if you need to stay longer.
Finally, look at aftercare. Wound checks, dressing changes and the surgical bra are part of the first weeks, and so is the support you have once you are home. A provider that explains who answers your messages after you fly, how photo check-ins work and how a problem would be handled locally is describing a real part of what you are paying for, even though it never appears as a line item.
What can change a quote after your assessment#
A first estimate based on photos is a starting point. The final plan can move when the surgeon learns more, for example:
- your breasts are more or less droopy than the photos suggested, which changes the technique;
- you decide to add an implant, or the surgeon recommends one;
- your medical history calls for extra tests or a longer hospital stay;
- you want a longer stay in Turkey, a companion's room or a different hotel category;
- you are combining the lift with another operation, such as part of a mommy makeover.
Treat any provider who gives a firm price before seeing your photos and history with caution. A fixed price that ignores your anatomy has to be adjusted later, or the operation has to be adjusted to fit the price, and neither is a good sign.
How to compare quotes from different providers#
When you hold two or more quotes side by side, ask each provider the same questions in writing:
- Which operation exactly is quoted, and which technique?
- Is the implant included, and which manufacturer and model?
- How many nights are in hospital and in the hotel, and what if the surgeon wants you to stay longer?
- Are the anaesthetist, theatre, medication and surgical bra included?
- Who is the contact in Turkey, and who is the contact after you fly home?
- What is the revision policy: when is it covered, for how long, and who pays for what?
- Which items are excluded, such as flights, travel insurance or extra nights?
Put the answers in one table, with a column per provider. The quote with the lowest figure often has the most blanks, and the quote that fills every row is usually the one you can plan around.
Warning signs in a quote#
Some patterns are worth pausing on:
- the quote does not name the operation or the technique;
- the implant is described only as "premium" or "imported", with no manufacturer or model;
- pressure to pay a deposit quickly, or a price that changes if you do not book today;
- no clear answer on what happens if you need a revision or have a complication after returning home;
- promises about results or recovery that no surgeon could keep.
A calm, specific, written answer to your questions is a better sign than a low figure. Our article on what to check before plastic surgery in Turkey goes through the questions about the surgeon and the institution.
Costs that sit outside the quote#
A quote for surgery and a package does not cover everything. Plan separately for flights, travel insurance, any extra nights, transport and food beyond what is included, time off work and help at home during recovery. Think about what follow-up care at home might involve too, such as appointments with your GP or a local check of your wounds. Treating these as part of the real picture avoids surprises.
Next steps#
If you would like a plan for your own case, send us clear photos of your breasts from the front and both sides, your height and weight, and your medical history. The surgeon reviews them and a written treatment plan and quote follow once the medical assessment is done. You can take your time with the surgeon's opinion before deciding anything.
