360 Liposuction in Turkey Before and After Photos

These 360 liposuction before and after photos show patients who planned body contouring in Turkey with Plastic Surgery Turkey Group and were operated on by the treating surgeon at a contracted institution. Most after photos were taken on the operating table, straight after surgery, before the swelling that follows liposuction. Each caption says when the photo was taken.

How to read these photos

11 of the 13 after photos in this gallery were taken on the operating table, right after surgery. Swelling, bruising and taping follow, and the shape keeps settling for months, so the healed result will look different from these photos.

What 360 liposuction treats

360 liposuction (lipo 360) removes fat all the way around the midsection: the abdomen, the flanks and the lower back, so the waist is shaped from every angle. In the photos, compare the waist from the front and the back, and the curve between the ribs and the hips.

What liposuction cannot do

Liposuction removes fat under the skin; it does not tighten loose skin or repair separated abdominal muscles. If your skin is lax, for example after pregnancy or large weight loss, a tummy tuck may be the better comparison, as the lipo 360 vs tummy tuck comparison explains. It works most predictably for people close to a stable weight with stubborn local fat. Plans for a future pregnancy should be discussed first, because weight and body shape change.

Risks and limits

Bruising, swelling and temporary numbness are expected. Among the risks are contour irregularities, fluid collection, infection, blood clots and, rarely, injury to deeper structures. Treating several areas in one session can make recovery more demanding; your surgeon will advise. Weight gain later can bring back fullness. Read what 360 lipo treats for the areas in detail.

How the result develops

  1. First week: Bruising and swelling around the whole waist. A compression garment is usually worn, and your surgeon will advise on walking and activity.
  2. Weeks 2–6: Most bruising fades, but swelling makes the waist look less defined than it will be. Your surgeon may suggest supportive aftercare such as massage.
  3. Months 2–3: Swelling settles and the new contour becomes visible.
  4. Months 3–6: The final contour is usually reached, with some areas settling later.
