Breast Implant in Turkey Before and After Photos

These breast implant before and after photos show patients who planned breast augmentation in Turkey with Plastic Surgery Turkey Group and were operated on by the treating surgeon at a contracted institution. Most after photos were taken on the operating table, straight after surgery, when the implants still sit high; the rest show early recovery or the healed result. Each caption says when the photo was taken.

9 before and after photos for breast implant

How to read these photos

6 of the 9 after photos in this gallery were taken on the operating table, right after surgery. Swelling, bruising and taping follow, and the shape keeps settling for months, so the healed result will look different from these photos.

Every photo shows one individual patient. Results vary with anatomy, skin quality, health and aftercare, and these photos are not a promise of your outcome. The treating surgeon will tell you what is realistic for you at consultation.

What to compare in breast implant photos

Breast augmentation adds volume with an implant placed either above or below the chest muscle. Compare cleavage and upper fullness, the distance between the breasts, how high they sit, and whether the result looks in proportion to the shoulders and hips. Implant size alone says little: the same volume looks different on a narrow and a broad chest.

Who these photos are relevant to

Augmentation suits breasts that are small or have lost volume but do not sag much. If the nipple sits at or below the breast fold, an implant alone can look low, and a lift may be advised as well; your surgeon decides. In that case the breast lift with implants gallery is the better comparison.

Risks and limits

Implants are not lifetime devices, and some women need a further operation at some point, for example to replace or remove an implant. The main risks are capsular contracture (hardening scar tissue around the implant), rupture, asymmetry, changes in nipple sensation and infection, plus rare conditions your surgeon will explain, and regular follow-up is advised. The breast implants guide explains implant types and shapes.

How the result develops

  1. First days: Tightness and swelling, most noticeable when the implant is under the muscle. A supportive bra is worn.
  2. Weeks 1–6: Implants sit high and look firm. Your surgeon will advise when to resume lifting and arm exercise.
  3. Months 2–4: Implants settle lower and the breasts soften into a more natural shape.
  4. Months 6–12: The result is settled and the incision scar has lightened.
