Rhinoplasty in Turkey Before and After Photos

These rhinoplasty (nose job) before and after photos show patients who planned their surgery in Turkey with Plastic Surgery Turkey Group and were operated on by the treating surgeon at a contracted institution. Almost all after photos are side profiles taken on the operating table, straight after surgery: they show the new structure of the nose before swelling, not the refined result months later. Each caption says when the photo was taken.

How to read these photos

19 of the 22 after photos in this gallery were taken on the operating table, right after surgery. Swelling, bruising and taping follow, and the shape keeps settling for months, so the healed result will look different from these photos.

Every photo shows one individual patient. Results vary with anatomy, skin quality, health and aftercare, and these photos are not a promise of your outcome. The treating surgeon will tell you what is realistic for you at consultation.

What to look at in nose job photos

The side profile shows most of what a rhinoplasty changes: a hump on the bridge, the angle between the nose and the upper lip, and how far the tip projects. Compare the same view before and after, and look at how the nose fits the rest of the face rather than at the nose alone.

Why the nose keeps changing after these photos

Swelling after rhinoplasty is slow. The bridge settles within weeks, but the tip, especially with thicker skin, can stay swollen and less defined for many months. Healed photos taken a year or more later are the fairest comparison.

Who these photos are relevant to

Rhinoplasty is usually done once the face has finished growing, in good general health and with clear, realistic goals. If you also have breathing problems, your surgeon will tell you whether a septoplasty is appropriate. Revision surgery after an earlier operation is more complex. Risks include bleeding, infection, breathing changes, an uneven result and the possibility of revision surgery. The rhinoplasty recovery week by week explains each stage.

How the result develops

  1. Week 1: A splint or cast sits on the nose; swelling and bruising around the eyes peak in the first days.
  2. Weeks 1–2: The splint is removed and most bruising fades. Some patients return to light desk work, as their surgeon allows; your surgeon will advise when it is safe to travel home.
  3. Months 1–3: Most visible swelling settles, but the tip still looks fuller than it will.
  4. Months 6–12 and beyond: Tip definition slowly improves; the final shape can take a year or longer, especially with thick skin.
